EMILY GODDARD graduated from Ecole Philippe Gaulier, Paris in 2010, as recipient of the Ian Potter Cultural Trust and 2009 Empire Theatres Bursary. Recent theatre credits include You Got Older and Glory Dazed (Red Stitch), Elling and The Boy at The Edge of Everything (Melbourne Theatre Company), The Lonely Wolf (MTC Neon/Dirty Pretty Theatre), Inner Voices (Red Line/Old Fitz), Mess (The Bush, London/UK National tour, Caroline Horton & Co), The Unspoken Word is Joe (Brisbane Festival/MKA), Moth (Arena), True Love Travels on a Gravel Road (Fifteen Minutes From Anywhere/fortyfivedownstairs), The Walls (Attic/Erratic), Peer Gynt (Four Larks) and Os Pequenos Nadas (Ultimo Comboio Teatro, Barcelona). Emily has been nominated for two Green Room Awards for Outstanding Female Actor, in 2014 for Glory Dazed and 2011 for The Walls, and most recently as part of Best Ensemble for The Boy at the Edge of Everything. Her solo cabaret Don’t Have Sex in Paris was a Best Cabaret nominee at the 2008 Melbourne Fringe. Screen credits include Newton's Law, Twentysomething, This Week, Live and short films Cracks, Shyness is Nice and The Dating Ring. Prior to Angels in America, Emily will appear in her new solo theatre work This is Eden at fortyfivedownstairs followed by the MTC/QT production of Noises Off.
